**Job Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to provide expert guidance on product implementation, configuration, and best practices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical expertise and support
  • Work closely with frontend and backend teams to address customer needs and deliver new capabilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support customer enablement efforts
  • Provide proactive support by identifying customer challenges and recommending solutions, enhancements, or workarounds
  • Assist in resolving complex technical issues through troubleshooting, log analysis, and collaboration with internal teams

**Requirements:**

  • Proficient in common scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python
  • Solid DevOps and AWS skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
