Expert AI Developer and Trainer

We are seeking an expert in AI and software development to join our team as a Technical Fellow. The successful candidate will work closely with entrepreneurs-in-training to deliver technical training and support, curriculum integration, problem-solving, and mentorship.
Responsibilities:- Deliver interactive tutorials and workshops on AI/ML and software engineering topics.
- Provide one-on-one and group technical coaching, conduct code reviews, and guide best practices.
- Align technical sessions with business/product milestones and adapt content to evolving AI tools and participant needs.
- Support debugging, explore new AI tools, and promote responsible AI use.
- Ensure participants have required technical resources and foster an inclusive learning environment.
- Technical expertise in Python, Git/GitHub, API development, LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, LangChain, multi-agent systems, memory management, MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, cloud deployment, API security, and software engineering fundamentals.
- 2-4+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML product development, including taking AI products from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication, cross-cultural collaboration, proactive problem-solving, hands-on mindset, adaptability, curiosity, and passion for excellence and innovation.
