Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our team, which provides AI-centric core services that scale globally. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building the systems that enable self-service AI platforms, supporting critical capabilities such as LLM enrichment pipelines, AI gateway management, LLM serving, fine-tuning pipelines, and observability for AI workloads. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable software aligned with our technology strategy.
  • Champion engineering excellence, reliability, and performance across the platform.
  • Partner with staff engineers to design and implement robust, consistent systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including participation in on-call and operational support.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in backend development, particularly in Java and Python. You should also have a deep understanding of AWS and modern cloud infrastructure, as well as experience in implementing observability and monitoring across distributed systems. Additionally, skills in writing and maintaining comprehensive unit and integration tests, solid understanding of system and network architecture, including identification of potential failure points, would be beneficial. Bonus points will be given for expertise in DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code (particularly with Terraform), Kubernetes, and containerised applications.
