Digital Technology Optimization Specialist

Cross-functional expert responsible for optimizing marketing technology platforms and ensuring seamless connections between marketing automation tools, CRM, and digital platforms.
This role works closely with the Marketing Department, Sales Department, IT Department, and external vendors to support technical integrations, data accuracy, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities- Lead medium-to-large projects from concept to successful completion.
- Provide marketing and technology support to digital and performance marketing teams, agencies, and third-party vendors.
- Design and implement best practices for marketing and technology operations.
- Evaluate CRMs and integrate them with other digital marketing technology solutions.
- Conduct research and gather documentation for new CRM and marketing technology initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for report and dashboard development.
- Integrate complementary technologies to strengthen the Marketing Technology network.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience using marketing automation, CRM, and data integration tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
