Join a dynamic organization where innovative minds collaborate to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a senior specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and optimizing marketing technology platforms.

The role ensures seamless connections between marketing automation tools, CRM, and digital platforms, aligning with business objectives. You will work closely with the Marketing Department, Sales Department, IT Department, and external vendors to support technical integrations, data accuracy, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Job Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple complex projects from concept to successful completion.
  • Marketing Support: Provide marketing and technology support to digital and performance marketing teams, agencies, and third-party vendors.
  • Best Practices: Design and implement marketing and technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes to optimize marketing operations.
  • CRM Integration: Establish and maintain CRMs to integrate and align with other digital marketing technology solutions, enhancing revenue growth and client experience.
  • Research and Documentation: Conduct research and gather documentation for requirements related to new CRM and marketing technology initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications to support the development of reports and dashboards, leveraging data from multiple sources.
  • Technology Integration: Drive the integration and testing of complementary technologies that strengthen and expand the Marketing Technology network.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and integrations to support scalability and knowledge sharing.
  • Automated Workflows: Support the development, implementation, and management of automated workflows, multi-channel marketing assets, lead scoring models, and automated marketing campaigns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all digital platforms comply with industry best practices and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Create and manage proactive monitoring across all platforms to minimize potential disruptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years using marketing automation, CRM, and data integration tools.
  • Mortgage Industry Knowledge: Preferred.
  • Collaboration: Experience collaborating with personnel at all levels within an organization.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a history of performing effectively under high pressure.
  • Critical Thinking: Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail skills.
  • Marketing Technology Platforms: Proficient in marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and Mortgage CRMs.
