About the Role

Northcott is seeking a highly skilled Injury Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance on workplace injury management and recovery practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective best practices for workplace injury management and rehabilitation
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on work health and safety matters
  • Conduct incident investigations and identify contributing factors
  • Monitor workers compensation claims costs and liaise with external stakeholders
  • Coach site managers on the principles of injury management and return-to-work obligations
About You
  • Strong practical and theoretical understanding of injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work practices
  • Relevant experience in workers compensation claims administration and/or consultancy
  • Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety or a related business discipline
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills at all levels of an organization
