At SB Recruitment, we are seeking a dedicated Injury Management Specialist to join our team. As an Injury Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting managers with care claims and injuries, ensuring procedural compliance. You will also coordinate claims with insurers and manage Workers\u0027 Compensation processes, develop and execute Return to Work plans, prioritizing employee well-being, and review and escalate complex workers\u0027 compensation claims.

You will be working closely with our Safety and Wellbeing Lead to foster a safety culture through engagement and reporting. To be successful in this role, you must have experience with workers\u0027 compensation and/or injury management claims, a Certificate IV or equivalent, and Advanced Return to Work Coordinator certification. Strong knowledge of SafeWork NSW regulations is also required.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Injury Management Specialist who can make a positive impact on our clients\u0027 well-being.
