Leadership Role in Data Analysis and Reporting

This position oversees the provision of expert advice to stakeholders on internal and external reporting and statistical analysis of family support and child protection data. The incumbent manages a team to support various reporting and analysis activities, including data collections, measure development, business intelligence solutions, and written advice.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and expert analysis and advice regarding family support and child protection data collection, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Lead and manage reporting, analysis, modelling, and data analytics projects to support policy and service delivery imperatives.
  • Represent the department at data and analysis network forums, preparing high-quality correspondence and reports.
  • Promote and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including national working groups and central agencies.
  • Lead a team of officers to achieve strategic goals through an evidence-based policy framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate well-developed computer literacy and skills in human services integrated client management systems.
  • Apply best practice approaches to performance data and information collection, collation, interpretation, analysis, and presentation.
