To find out more, visit https://mable.com.au/About the Role As our new Senior Analyst, Data & Insights, you'll have full ownership of greenfield data and insights for a high-impact, fast-growing part of our business.
This isn't just another analytics role — it's your chance to shape strategy, partner across functions, and unlock the stories behind the numbers that fuel real-world change.
What you'll be doing Be the analytical engine supporting our Leap in business— structure complex business problems, analyse the data, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
Lead deep-dive explorations into our product and customer data to uncover the what, the why, and what next.
Own and build dashboards and performance tracking tools that bring our business metrics to life.
Collaborate closely with product, growth, engineering, operations, and UX teams to influence decisions at every level.
Champion experimentation — support A/B and multivariate testing to guide smarter product decisions.
Be the guardian of our data quality — ensure accuracy, troubleshoot tracking issues, and work with data engineers to maintain a clean and trusted data ecosystem.
Translate insights into compelling stories for non-technical audiences, including exec-level stakeholders.
About You 3+ years of experience turning data into strategy through thoughtful analysis and clear communication.
Well developed stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Advanced SQL and Tableau (or similar) skills to manipulate data and craft compelling visualisations.
The ability to collaborate across multiple teams and keep insights practical, not just theoretical.
Confidence writing reports and presenting to senior leadership.
A bias for action, a sharp analytical mind, and a drive to make sense of ambiguity.
