We are seeking a seasoned Luxury Operations Manager to join our esteemed team at the Treasury Brisbane. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and support the daily operations of the Hotel and Hotel Food and Beverage Departments.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to create amazing guest experiences and capture the essence of exceptional hospitality. You will ensure a high standard of service and attention to detail within the department, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by Example: Set the tone for excellent customer care and professionalism throughout your department.
  • Critical Areas Focus: Oversee key responsibilities such as scheduling, training, and performance management in critical areas like Front Desk, Reservations, and Concierge.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Address guest feedback in a timely manner to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Senior Leadership Representation: Represent hotel senior leadership in their absence and perform related duties.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Guest Focused: Prior experience in a luxury 5-star property and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Conflict Resolution: Composed demeanour, with the ability to effectively navigate conflicts towards successful resolution.
  • Communication and Organisation: High level of communication and organisational skills to maintain a sales-focused mindset and promote room upsells and cross-departmental opportunities.
