Centre Operations Leader

The role of Centre Operations Leader is pivotal in shaping the overall performance and efficiency of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on key accountabilities that encompass Sales, Patron Experience, Risk Mitigation, and Compliance, the Centre Operations Leader will ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive high-performing results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Managing leisure facilities, marketing initiatives, sales strategies, projects, and management with proven success.
  • Delivering centre-wide outcomes and managing the facility during the absence of senior leadership.
