Job Opportunity:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to provide care to our clients in the North Shore and Eastern Suburbs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, ensuring individuals have meaningful engagement with the community and their complex needs are met.

Key duties include providing direct support, performing activities such as personal care, respite, transportation, cleaning, meal preparation, shopping, and banking.

Applicants should possess extensive experience in providing direct care, a thorough understanding of person-centred plans, behaviour support plans, and healthcare plans.

Desirable attributes include high levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, a driver's licence, and vehicle with comprehensive insurance.

Flexible working hours are required, as well as the ability to work autonomously. A First Aid Certificate is essential. Relevant qualifications in Disability, Social Services or Nursing (minimum Certificate III level), and knowledge of Jewish values, heritage and culture are highly valued.

Candidates must have strong organisational and time management skills to ensure effective service delivery. They should also demonstrate a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
