Job Opportunity: Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to deliver exceptional care to our clients in the Sydney region.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum Certificate III qualification in Disability Support or Individual Support, which is highly desirable.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in disability support in Australia.
  • A current Australian driver's license and a fully insured, roadworthy vehicle.
  • Full insurance coverage for their vehicle.
  • A valid police check or ability to obtain one by legislation or policy requirements.
  • NDIS worker screening clearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality care to clients through a rotating roster.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
Requirements

  • Current National Police Certificate.
  • Driver's License.
  • Working with Children Check (desirable).
Work Environment

This role requires the successful candidate to commute to various locations within the Sydney region, including Wollongong.
