Job Title: Presales Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to advise on solution features, architectural issues, and implementation considerations.
  • Examine client requirements against available offerings and architect competitive solutions.
  • Provide technical input into bid proposals, projects, and documents within the sales process.
  • Demonstrate products at customer sites and develop recommendations to meet customers' needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of current industry standards and products.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience and 8-10 years of relevant work experience in the IT service industry.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of prevailing industry standards, including TOGAF, ITIL, ISO Standards, Zachman, etc.
  • Experience in proposal processes, including proposal solution development/design review and presentation to the client.
  • Ability to articulate benefits of a solution for senior IT executives.
  • Expertise in three or more areas, such as Server Operating Systems, Database/Information Management, Networks, Security, etc.
