Customer Advocate Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. This role would suit someone with 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, and we are happy to consider recent graduates with relevant internships or part-time work.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, providing technical and advisory expertise, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

As a Customer Success Associate, you will also be expected to provide client feedback to the Product and Sales teams, collaborate with Marketing and Engineering on product development during the discovery phase, and maintain strong relationships with Whispli's Clients and Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with technical and advisory expertise
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Provide client feedback to the Product and Sales teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering on product development during the discovery phase
  • Maintain strong relationships with Whispli's Clients and Partners
