We are seeking an experienced Digital Architecture Manager to join our Information Technology team at Flinders Port Holdings.
The successful candidate will provide strategic digital leadership across the organization, driving business transformation through the identification of opportunities and the definition of digital requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the ongoing business-centred design of FPH digital technologies and services in support of the company strategy;
- Develop and drive the digital strategy and technology roadmap for the company by working with cross-functional partners;
- Focus on removing inefficiencies, identify and leverage key digital capabilities and skillsets, and apply innovative thinking;
- Lead strategic development of FPH Digital technologies, infrastructure and application capabilities to meet changing and future business needs;
- Drive digital innovation and transformation initiatives and serve as a change agent throughout the group with a strong focus on OT technologies driving safety and automation;
- Identify new technologies that enhance our ways of working and are enablers to achieving our company vision and aspirations, and deliver value to stakeholders;
- Ongoing strategic design and refinement of the enterprise digital architecture, governance and framework;
- Influence change within FPH to promote high-quality, right-sized and modern technology, architecture, data and integration digital capabilities.
You will be a:

- Strong technical background, with expertise in designing and implementing technical solutions and leading technical initiatives.
In addition, you will have a Bachelor of Computer Science or degree in a related field.
