Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking an individual to fill a critical role within our Human Resources and Property Management departments.

This position plays a vital part in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate electronic records, and maintaining property assets.

  • Maintain up-to-date electronic employee files
  • Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Assist with creating and issuing reports and audits related to employees and HR
  • Manage employee inquiries regarding documents
  • Liaise with payroll to create confirmation of employment letters
  • Perform various tasks as assigned by the HR team
  • Manage the property management inbox, including submission and payment of bills and invoices, and maintenance requests
  • Coordinate company housing assignments
  • Act as liaison between tenants and property management/landlords
  • Update and maintain the property register

Required skills include:

  • Initiative, attention to detail, and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with labor laws beneficial
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to build constructive relationships
  • Proficiency with HR software
  • Certifications in Human Resources or related fields desirable
  • Experience with rental management and property administration
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes
