Our team is looking for a skilled leader to drive sales, motivate staff and build a strong culture within our Sydney City Womenswear concession pad.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a passionate team, driving engagement and building a high-performing culture. They will deliver an elevated customer experience through a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
  • Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
  • Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff. They will be an independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously. A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success, demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs. An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising, exposure to large stock volumes and stock management. A genuine desire to be part of our team and alignment with our values.
