We are seeking a seasoned business development leader to drive national sales teams across multiple channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Build profitable relationships with mortgage managers, dealerships, and white label partners
    • Set distribution strategy with senior leadership and deliver volume/performance targets
    • Represent the organization at industry forums and enhance market presence
  • Requirements:
    • 10+ years in residential lending sales/business development experience
    • Proven track record managing national sales teams in alternative finance landscapes
    • Deep fluency in intermediary models and sophisticated lending architectures
    • Established networks across broker ecosystems and institutional channels
