Role Overview

Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns to boost brand recognition, grow membership, and promote events, offers, and entertainment across our venues.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement
  • Update venue presentation and website content, ensuring it reflects current events, entertainment, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the communications team to develop and execute campaigns
  • Maintain brand standards across all interactions
  • Interpret marketing data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on results
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field is highly regarded
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Initiative and capacity to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to execute marketing ideas
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
