We are seeking an experienced WorkCover paralegal or Workers Compensation Claims Advisor to join our team at Empire Group. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will be responsible for managing common law claims, determining and gathering information, and preparing court matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage common law claims and gather information to support case preparation
  • Prepare court matters, including briefs and conference materials
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure claim outcomes meet company objectives
  • Collate and review case files to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in the preparation of legal notices and correspondence

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in WorkCover litigation paralegal or Workers Compensation Claims Advisor role
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
