About the Role

As a member of our Communications Department, you will play a key role in achieving sales and profitability targets for your store. This involves providing ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the store's Communication Team, ensuring a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store. Your focus will be on the Communications department, including:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieving sales and profitability targets for your store through effective training and support of the Communication Team
  2. Leading and maintaining the agreed Communications Department merchandising standards
  3. Ensuring all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting

About You

  • You must have proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Telco
  • Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems), and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise
  • You must be able to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team, and have the ability to work under pressure
