Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Portfolio Development Manager to join our Marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote growth opportunities for our Enclosures & Climate Control portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate product positioning and messaging to differentiate our products in the market
  • Communicate the value proposition to the sales team and develop sales tools that support the selling process
  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain localized supporting material, including training materials, price lists, demos, and website content
  • Monitor and maintain product life cycles - growth, decline, and general performance

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in Product Management or related fields such as Sales or Marketing
  • Passion for the product and ability to think critically and analytically
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
