We are seeking a Customer Relations Manager to join our team. This role combines customer experience, fund administration, and some marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for investor inquiries related to general information, statements, tax documents, payments, and new investment opportunities.
  • Provide clear, professional responses and ensure that investor queries are resolved in a compliant and timely manner.
Fund Administration & Compliance
  • Manage investor group administration, including memberships, gifts, event invites, and ticket distribution.
  • Handle investor complaints effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high satisfaction.
Reporting & Updates
  • Create and distribute monthly, quarterly, and yearly updates on fund performance for investors and internal teams.
  • Develop informational materials for new funds and keep investors informed of any product developments or changes.
  • Lead the design, content creation, and generation of reports, delivering clear insights and data for stakeholders.
Marketing Coordination & Content Creation
  • Execute marketing strategies for investor engagement, including promotional activities, brand messaging, and event support.
  • Produce and manage content for marketing materials, newsletters, investor updates, and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, maintain brand consistency, and enhance the investor experience.
Investor Relations & Engagement
  • Oversee the administration and communication of investor groups, ensuring accurate records and strong relationship management.
  • Organize investor events, roadshows, and engagement activities, coordinating with internal teams to maximize outreach.
  • Foster transparent, consistent communication with investors, building trust and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Performance Monitoring & Insights
  • Track the performance of investor communication and engagement initiatives, gathering insights to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Utilise CRM tools, Titanium software, and advanced Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and enhancing investor interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:Minimum of 3 years in accounting, fund administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in CRM platforms, Titanium software, and advanced Excel for reporting and data management.
  • Communication & Content:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on content creation, report design, and investor communication.
  • Marketing & Coordination:Ability to develop and coordinate marketing strategies and create high-quality content for investor communications.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability:Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, to align on investor relations and marketing strategies.
