
Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
In this role, you will investigate and manage customer complaints, advocating for fair outcomes and providing feedback to the business on gaps identified. You will also collaborate with the Customer Relations Team and the Head of Customer Relations to identify themes and systemic issues from all customer complaints received.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Investigating and drafting responses to customer complaints within Service Level Agreements (SLA) and regulatory timeframes.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex matters and escalate sensitive or high-risk scenarios.
- Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution.
As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience in complaint management and customer relations, as well as strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer relations and complaint management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
