We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Client Services Team as a dedicated support specialist.

As a key member of our frontline team, you will provide exceptional client service by facilitating effective project delivery and serving as the liaison between our company and clients. You will manage everyday queries, maintain high-quality relationships with clients, and ensure our organization meets their expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Laboratory production team
  • Managing client reporting expectations
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound communications
  • Providing quotations and invoicing
  • Attending client meetings
  • Actively promoting our services

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Prior experience working in Client Services or a customer-focused role
  • Excellent time management, organisation and multitasking skills
  • A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
  • The ability to develop strong external and internal working relationships
