This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Educator to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients and colleagues. You will play a key role in maintaining up-to-date nursing practices, driving educational progress and ensuring high nursing standards across the hospital.

The ideal candidate will have a Post Graduate Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing or equivalent, at least 5 years clinical experience working in ICU, and experience in education and/or a qualification in adult education. They will be able to demonstrate strong leadership, communication and clinical skills, as well as proficiency in NSQHSS and ACCCN Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Maintain up-to-date nursing practices and drive educational progress">
  • Ensure high nursing standards across the hospital">
  • Work closely with the Clinical Manager to maximize the efficient use of resources">
  • Execute CCU education programs and address knowledge gaps for all staff">
  • Offer bedside support for GNP's and postgraduate ICU students">
  • Contribute to Critical Care Manual review and engage in hospital-wide ALS and BLS education and assessment">

Requirements:
