Medical Oncology Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking skilled medical oncology nurses to deliver exceptional patient care in a multidisciplinary environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced nurses to work with a leading cancer care provider, providing systemic therapy, radiation therapy and medical oncology consulting services.

  • Provide expert clinical care, education and support to patients undergoing cancer treatment by responding to their needs as part of a healthcare team.
  • Progress your nursing career and work with an integrated cancer care provider offering opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure patients' physical and psychological needs are met while receiving cancer treatment in our infusion suite.
  • Deliver cancer treatment and supportive medication administration as per prescribed protocols, educating and supporting patients throughout the process.
  • Facilitate effective communication with medical officers, patient services staff and other members of the nursing team.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience in medical oncology and chemotherapy administration in a clinical setting with at least 3 years' experience.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy for patients.
