Portfolio Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse range of properties in Newcastle.

Key responsibilities will include managing landlord relationships, conducting repairs and maintenance, and addressing rental arrears.

The ideal candidate will possess prior property management experience, a current Certificate of Registration, and a valid Driver's License. They should also be a collaborative team player, able to provide support when needed and build new relationships.
