  • Understanding of warehousing and distribution procedures
  • Knowledge of processing equipment and machinery
  • Transport and logistics experience (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to lead, manage, and coach a team to meet objectives
