Product Leadership Opportunities

The role of Senior Product Lead involves overseeing the development and performance of key product lines. This position requires shaping product strategy, driving portfolio outcomes, and leading cross-functional initiatives aligned with business goals and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from design and development to enhancements and maintenance.
  • Manage complex underwriting referrals and ensure alignment with risk appetite and guidelines.
  • Oversee implementation of product changes, including PDS and underwriting updates.
  • Monitor and optimize portfolio performance, including financial outcomes, claims trends, and exposure management.
  • Develop customer, product, and distribution strategies.
  • Support technical pricing reviews and implement tactical pricing changes.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, pricing, claims, risk, and distribution teams to deliver improvements.
  • Provide leadership and support to direct reports, fostering capability development and delivery of initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex product and portfolio issues.
