Kiva Wellness is a leading wellness brand in Australia. We are scaling rapidly, targeting record sales for 2025 and preparing for the new era of digital discovery powered by AI and generative search.

We seek a Digital Marketing Manager to join our driven marketing team.

This role will work alongside an in-house marketing team plus external agencies to own the performance side of our digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Meta Bing and other emerging AI-driven ad formats to drive business growth.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while controlling CPA, maintaining a strong ROAS, and monitoring MER.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and GEO

  • Partner with our SEO and GEO agency to shape strategy, set KPIs, and ensure execution delivers commercial outcomes.
  • Ensure Kiva Wellness is visible not just in search engines but also in generative answer engines through structured content, conversational queries, and schema.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Own the performance tracking stack, including GA4, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, and server-side tracking.
  • Deliver clear reports that link spend to revenue and profit, driving data-driven decision making.

Conversion and Funnel Optimization

  • Collaborate with our CRO and web manager to improve landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, driving continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Work closely with our marketing team to align digital performance with brand strategy, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Manage agency relationships and hold them accountable to ROI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activity, digital marketing trends, and shifts in AI-driven discovery, staying ahead of the curve.
  • Recommend proactive steps to maintain Kiva Wellness' competitive edge.

About You

  • You have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in ecommerce.
  • You possess a proven ability to manage and optimize large paid budgets.
  • You have a strong understanding of SEO and some experience with analytics, GEO, and AI search exposure is a plus.
  • You can confidently work with agencies and translate their work into business growth.
  • You have a commercial mindset, focusing on revenue and profit rather than clicks.
  • You are a collaborative individual who can work with brand stakeholders, CRO, content, and design teams.
