Job Opportunity:

White Fox is a fashion brand renowned globally for its dedication to customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing customer experience, driving data-driven campaigns, and cultivating brand loyalty.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with Marketing and external teams to plan and execute Email Marketing strategies.
  • Support the CRM Team: Assist in end-to-end campaign processes from strategy and build through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Execution: Develop, test, and launch personalized communications through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Segmentation & Messaging: Execute targeted campaigns that reach customers at the right time, in the right place – across SMS, app, and email.
  • Data & Insights: Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and reports.
  • Loyalty Optimisation: Play a key role in executing and evolving the White Fox Loyalty Club.

 

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a CRM or Loyalty role, ideally within eCommerce or retail.
  • Proven experience with customer journeys, segmentation, A/B testing, and triggered messaging.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred but not essential).
