We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our dynamic project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to the project, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly payment run batches
- Process site and delivery dockets
- Purchase orders
- Supplier invoices
- Assist with budget allocation and reviewing spend against procurement strategy
- Ensure actuals are accurately recorded in the monthly ledgers
- Prepare and maintain financial reports
- Manage office and equipment registers
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A bachelor's degree in business/finance
- Prior experience in a similar role within a construction or project environment
- Experience with financial data entry in online systems (JD Edwards highly regarded)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (intermediate level)
