Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, assisting dentists during examinations and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist patients with management and prepare them for procedures.
  2. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean treatment area.
  3. Monitor dental supplies levels and ensure the treatment room is well-stocked and organized.
  4. Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and educate on oral hygiene and preventive care.
  5. Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow and positive patient experience.
  6. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Dental Assistant is essential.
  • Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Capability to address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally and attention to detail.
