What You'll Be Doing

  • Chairside assisting for a wide range of dental procedures (general, restorative, surgical)
  • Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to a high standard
  • Infection control & sterilisation in line with best practices
  • Supporting dentists and hygienists to ensure smooth workflows
  • Providing friendly, reassuring patient care before, during, and after treatment
  • Assisting with stock control and ordering

Senior Dental Assistants will also:

  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Assist with workflow management and training
  • Contribute to process improvements and practice development

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 12 months' dental assisting experience (Certificate III or IV preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and chairside procedures
  • Friendly, team-first attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work across both Blacktown and Toongabbie locations
