We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Front Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring their seamless and welcoming experience.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk and supporting the practice with various administrative tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients with a warm and professional manner
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Handle patient enquiries over the phone and in person
  • Process invoicing, receipting, and reconciliations
  • Manage accounts, rostering, and assist with HR tasks
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the practice
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in a dental or medical front office role
  • Proficiency in D4W (Dental 4 Windows) software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
