Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for managing financial statements, reports, budgeting, forecasting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing valuable insights to support business decision-making.

  • Developing and implementing effective financial strategies and best practices.
  • Overseeing the preparation of financial reports, analysis and forecasts to inform business planning and drive growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial matters.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely financial records and reporting in accordance with accounting standards.

Requirements

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CA (desired).
  • Strong technical skills in financial reporting, analysis and software applications.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
