Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Specialist to lead our team in delivering critical projects and programs. As a key member of our Utilities Asset Planning and Management Team, you will be responsible for leading program and project management of high-risk projects, including stakeholder management of sewage treatment plant planning projects and critical asset management projects and programs.

You will support the achievement of Gate 1 and Gate 2 Projects for high-risk projects, work with input from Asset Management, Planning, and Stormwater Coordinators to develop and update forward programs supporting transparency and effective capital works programs, engage with stakeholders particularly to support the development of the sewage treatment plant program, assist in setting project deadlines, and ensure they are met.

You will also lead the development of business cases, develop cost intelligence for the team, improve business systems, and contribute to a positive, empowering workplace culture.
