Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of technical solutions, ensuring seamless system operations and managing vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology delivery or IT leadership roles, with experience in managing teams and vendors. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational support of core critical business systems, including Salesforce, AWS (Connect, S3, Lambda, EC2), Google Workspace, and other platforms.
  • Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support security initiatives and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Work closely with other teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system functionality, integration, and efficiency.
  • Lead the delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in technology delivery or IT leadership roles.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, AWS, Google Suite, or similar enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
