About the Role

This is a critical position that oversees health, safety, and environmental initiatives across manufacturing and warehousing sites.

The key responsibility of this role is to create and maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace, ensuring compliance with WHS standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct regular safety audits to ensure adherence to WHS legislation and site protocols.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor best practice safety procedures.
  • Foster a culture of safety awareness through training sessions, toolbox talks, and workshops.
  • Investigate incidents, lead root cause analysis, and deliver corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Assess risks, identify hazards, and implement preventative measures to mitigate potential threats.
  • Enhance the ISO 45001 framework to drive value across the site.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a safety-first culture.
About You
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HSE roles within manufacturing or warehousing.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance auditing, WHS regulations, and environmental sustainability.
  • A proven ability to engage and influence teams with a hands-on approach.
  • Relevant certifications in Workplace Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or similar are highly regarded.
