
Maintenance Engineering Professional

This is a key position in our team responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation to support the safe and effective operation of complex systems. The role involves site visits, collaboration with subject matter experts, and ensuring maintenance procedures are accurate and aligned with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update technical documentation for planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Conduct site visits to inspect equipment and gather insights as part of maintenance investigations
- Work closely with maintainers, operators, OEMs, and Defence stakeholders to ensure maintenance procedures are accurate and practical
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years' experience in weapons or mission systems engineering
- Strong hands-on diagnostic and technical troubleshooting ability
- Understanding of computer maintenance management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of maintenance standards and documentation
- Proven ability to deliver timely, practical engineering solutions
- Competent with technical documentation and engineering analysis
- Strong teamwork and collaboration in technical settings
