Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to calls, tickets, and emails, providing professional and courteous assistance.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in scheduling or rostering, preferably within Disability, Health, or Community Services.
  • Highly organised individual with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Carelink and Microsoft Office is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
