We are currently seeking a highly skilled Casual Scheduler to join our team and assist with roster management.
About the Role- This is an opportunity to utilise your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be responsible for coordinating schedules across multiple regions, ensuring seamless delivery of support services.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as you will work closely with various stakeholders to resolve scheduling issues.
- Coordinate the allocation of Support Workers to Clients based on their skills, preferences, and availability.
- Manage and update rosters across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Respond promptly to calls, tickets, and emails, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Identify workforce gaps and develop proactive solutions to mitigate these issues.
- Proven experience in scheduling or rostering, preferably within Disability, Health, or Community Services.
- Highly organised individual with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Carelink and Microsoft Office is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Casual shifts available, with opportunities for career progression into full-time roles.
- Variety and challenge in each shift, with real-time problem-solving and decision-making.
- A collaborative culture that values teamwork and open communication.
