About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Coordinator to support our sales team in originating domestic and international financing opportunities for large mining customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities through industry research and trend analysis.
  • Assist in preparing financial proposals, quotes, and conducting due diligence to ensure successful customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the credit team to secure approvals and provide support during the document execution process.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business or Finance with relevant experience in leasing and equipment finance.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role with strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and negotiation abilities.
  • Track record of managing customer relationships and a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
