Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
  • Address customer concerns and complaints with effective solutions
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on their vehicle's status
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers
  • Develop a growth mindset and maintain humility when learning from mistakes
  • Offer additional work as required, effectively overcoming objections
  • Proactively foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role is highly desirable, along with experience in banking, real estate, or other customer-facing industries
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • A proactive approach, presenting professionally with a polished appearance
  • Experience working within a department that utilizes KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Ability to sell additional work as required, effectively overcoming objections
  • Someone who takes pride in creating memorable customer experiences
  • Someone who thrives in an autonomous environment but also excels in team settings
