Job Title: Manager Community Aged Care

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aged care principles and practices, with experience in managing large teams across multiple locations.

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing; Registered Nurse with current Registration under AHPRA.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license
  • A current NDIS Check and National Police Check
  • Australian work rights

About You:
Experience in the Health, Aged Care or Home Services sectors; experience in client assessment, care planning and documentation.
Proven experience in managing and leading a large team across multiple locations
Understanding of HCP and CHSP funding; experience in flexible, multi-skilled team environments
Proven mediation and problem-solving abilities
