About the Role:

  • To ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition, undertaking quality workmanship is essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. We provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers, guaranteeing a high level of satisfaction.
  2. Accurate quotes for vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and industry standards are provided.
  3. Quotes are completed onsite, off-site, or online as required, ensuring maximum efficiency.
  4. Vehicles are processed onsite by conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  5. The management of parts for repairs ensures timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Suppliers are managed to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.
  7. Production management of the centre may require assistance where necessary.
  8. Evaluating vehicles to determine the extent of damage and accurately estimating repair costs is crucial.
  9. Staying up-to-date on industry developments, technologies, and best practices is vital for research.

About You:

  • Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry, is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers, are highly valued.
  • A professional and personable approach is necessary.
  • Strong systems experience and computer abilities are required.
