Key Role Summary

We are seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead our service team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience while overseeing all aspects of the service department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by actively listening and consulting with customers.
  • Follow up with customers on services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections, make comprehensive recommendations, and build computerized repair orders and source parts.
  • Discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote shop service specials.
  • Lead and manage a team while aligning with our vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed.
  • Supervise up to ten employees.
  • Maintain inventory counts and ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience in Automotive.
  • General automotive knowledge.
  • Strong leadership ability.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
