About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our end-to-end Quality and Assurance Management processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and managing quality management, quality assurance, and test management activities across platforms and programs.

Your primary objective will be to reduce development defects and maintain quality standards in support of our digital transformation strategy. To achieve this, you will partner with senior business and Systems Group stakeholders to understand underlying problems and opportunities, and apply thought leadership and technical expertise to devise solutions.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in managing technical teams, including coaching and mentoring team members. You will be an excellent communicator and foster an agile team environment that is collaborative and champions operational excellence in customer support through continuous improvement.

You will have a degree qualification in a related field or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience. Understanding and demonstrated application of risk-based approaches to quality management, assurance, and testing are essential. Excellent understanding of software development and Dev Sec Ops best practices, as well as wide experience in different types of testing required in digital delivery, are also required.
