About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Health, Safety and Environment professional to lead our HSE initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of complex infrastructure projects in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage HSE risk management processes to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, industry best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Cultivate a strong health and safety culture by coaching and mentoring operational and project teams on their HSE accountabilities.
  • Develop and implement effective HSE induction programs to ensure workers understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Administer fitness for work testing and support injury management/return to work requirements.
  • Facilitate the development and delivery of Project HSE inductions and ensure compliance with Health and Safety Management Plans.
  • Engage and manage subcontractors to ensure understanding and compliance with project requirements.
